We are proud to be making our furniture in the UK and selling in the UK. In accordance with our distance selling laws we would respect your right to change your mind. A summary of these laws that all online sellers should comply is as follows:

1. You must inform us that you have changed your mind within 14 days of receipt
2. The product should not have been used in order to receive a full refund
3. You then need to return the item to us within the next 14 days. This would need to be arranged and paid for by yourself.
4. We would then refund the purchase price within the following 14 days.

Obviously we hope that situation does not occur but occasionally unexpected things can happen. Don’t fret just get in touch as quickly as possible and we can discuss next steps and try to resolve the situation as smoothly as possible.
