New to Okehill? Here's what you should know.

If you haven't heard of us then it might be because we are new. We know it's nice to buy from someone with a lot of history. As we're new we don't have that luxury and we're not going to pretend that we do. What we can say, though, is a few things that might be useful to know:

  • Our chairs are made in Dorking, Surrey. If you are local then can message us and you can borrow one for a week if you want to try before you buy. You can message us here.
  • All the chairs are made from hardwood with traditional chair making techniques. If you want to know more about its founder - Jeremy - then check out his background here.
  • We don't store or even have access to your payment details. All of that is handled by either Stripe or Paypal. Full security details can be found here.
  • Returns - online buying means you have the right to change your mind and return for a full refund. Our policy reflects UK rules and is listed here.
