"I love the chair but I don't know you?!"
Well the simple answer is that we are new. We get it. It's nice to buy from someone with a lot of history. As we're new we don't have that luxury and we're not going to pretend that we do. What we can say, though, is a few things that might be useful to know:
- Our chairs are made in Dorking, Surrey. If you are local then can message us and you can borrow one for a week if you want to try before you buy. You can message us here.
- All the chairs are made from hardwood with traditional chair making techniques. If you want to know more about its founder - Jeremy - then check out his background here.
- We don't store or even have access to your payment details. All of that is handled by either Stripe or Paypal. Full security details can be found here.
- Returns - online buying means you have the right to change your mind. Our policy reflects UK rules and is listed here.
