Boxes
Boxes are delightful little things. They can contain something precious but in themselves they are a nice gift. There’s so many design possibilities with a little box too. Here’s some examples. Price range would be £200 – £400 depending on the complexity and wood choice.
Chessboards
Custom made chess boards to the size required. Typically the playing area is 20 inch squared but if you need something a little different then it can be accommodated. Wood types can be agreed to suit the customer. This one incorporated fumed chestnut and sycamore for the the playing squares. The back features walnut. I can complement the board with a box for your treasured chess pieces too, the only crucial part is that I don’t make chess pieces.
Price range would be £200 – £400 for the chessboard, depending on the complexity and wood choice. For this particular box the interior was split into two to separate the pieces and lined to soften the interior. It also incorporated Brusso brass hinges and clasp for an additional touch of quality.
